About EMC.

Section-59 Ltd was Started in November 2008, By James“The”Bishop, it was born from the Demise of the Mortorworld chain of shops.

James was the Acting manager of the Barry (sth Wales) branch of Motorworld, While he was on holiday Spain the company went into receivership and he was made redundant.

In November 2008, Section-59 Ltd was incorporated. Although it took nearly 9 Months before the business was to have a public face in the way of an outlet.

In June 2009, Section-59 ltd became a TOPGEAR Wheels Franchise, and started trading from the Longlife Exhaust branch in Fforestfach Swansea. Topgear and Longlife have the same parent company and it made sense to group together to save costs and help both businesses to prosper.

In March 2010 the company went to the M.E.N. expo, a trade show for the electronics industry. The Company was offered a Show stand, to display some of It’s works.

EMC (Every – Modification – Counts) was started for this purpose. EMC believe that it does not matter if you drive a brand new car from the show room or a top 25 car that has had 7 cover issues, the point of it is to allow people who have never been to a show or are just starting out in the modding scene to find out what it is all about and help provide advice and direction in building their future show winners.

EMC attend most of the big shows in the season, and hold no bones about being family oriented, most of the members have kids and take them to the shows. The only thing the Club state are 2 rules

1. No dangerous Driving.

2. No Drugs. 

In July 2010 the Lease on the shop in Swansea was due to end. This Became the perfect time for Section-59 ltd to change direction and move to a new location.

September 2010 saw the company open it’s new premises in Barry, South Glamorgan. As the company had now gone independent, and moved away from the TOPGEAR brand, they decided a new look was the right thing for the new venture.

13th September 2010 Section-59 Ltd opened it’s new Shop Trading as “Every – Modification – Counts”. As well as working along side “High Octaine JDM” ( who specialise in Jap cars and Mods) they aimed to provide excellent quality items at reasonable prices to the public , trade and international customers.

The Brand is looking to expand into other areas as well, with plans to stock Skater style Shoes & Clothing as well as Designing their own range of items, to add to the huge range already available.

With plans in 2011 including the 30hr Charity Challenge and several other events, the company hope to put the South Wales Modifying Scene truly on the map.
The Web site with Fully Functional shop as well as the Sister www.everymodificationcounts.com site hosting a Forum are now only days away from completion.

2011 looks like being the beginning of big things for the company.
